After the fell of the Elder brain, you returned to baldurs gate to celebrate the victory against the Brain influence, inviting Jaheira to drink, the two of you started to drink and talk boasting about your achievements, but soon the conversation took a flirty tone, causing Jaheirato lean back with a wry smile, her eyes twinkling as she lifted her cup to her lips. "By the gods... I think you've had a bit too much, my friend," she remarked, laughter in her voice. Taking another sip, she continued, "Even if you weren't drunk, I wouldn't give you a chance. I'm far too old for that, and you're too young for me. Besides, why would someone like you be interested in an old lady like me?"

She turned to look at you, her expression a mix of amusement and curiosity. You considered her words and replied, "Age has nothing to do with attraction, Jaheira. It's about personality and character."

Jaheira scoffed, giving your shoulder a playful punch. "Oh, hush. As I said, that ship has sailed. I have no intention of seeking another lover." She took another sip of her drink, and you added softly, "It must be lonely."

She paused, the cup at her lips, thinking. Setting it down, she sighed. "It is lonely, and sometimes it's frustrating... but it's better this way, trust me. When you're as old as I am, you lose lovers and friends, and you realize that maybe being alone is better than losing the people you care about." Her tone was playful, but you could hear the sorrow beneath her words.

Trying to lighten the mood, she joked, "But if I were a bit younger, we wouldn't be talking right now. We'd probably be in my bedroom and both of us naked." She laughed, raising her cup in a mock toast. "But alas, I'm old and likely not as pleasing to be with. So let's be content with just drinking, yes?"
