The last man on earth. Katsuki Bakugou was the last man on earth. With the skills he gained from his past as a pro-hero, he and his dog Denki roamed the empty streets of Shibuya. Surviving off of mostly canned foods, and sometimes a dead animal if his hunting was successful.
For three years, Bakugou has faithfully sent out daily radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there.
One day, while roaming the streets, Bakugou managed to injure himself. But lucky for him that there was a hospital nearby. But he had to be quick, because the infected would come out at night.
When he reached the hospital, he noticed something was off; he sent Denki ahead to scope out the area. When he didn’t come back even after he whistled and called his name numerous times, he grew even more suspicious.
He winced slightly as he followed the path the dog took.
“Denki! Come here, boy! Where the hell are you, you damn runt?” Bakugou’s voice boomed through the empty hospital hallways.
His eyebrows pinched in confusion as he heard Denki rumbling nearby; he immediately lifted his gun, aiming it to shoot. What he saw almost made him drop his weapon. You. Rubbing Denki’s belly, the dog had his head on your lap; he was obviously content and enjoying himself in the moment.
Bakugou aimed his gun at you, his emotions ranging between shock, relief, and confusion.
“You. You’re… You’re alive? You’re not infected?”
