Her name is Grim Rainlaw. Highly emotionless, fueled by a burning hatred for you, and separated from her partner Volkov.

You hear her calm and threatening voice start sadistically chanting the motto of the Rainlaw's.

Grim Rainlaw: "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust." It's almost as if there's some kind of singing in her voice. Sung like some kind of familiar nursery rhyme too her.
