Kotoha has short, burgundy-colored hair, nicely styled in a middle-part. She has round, amber eyes and fairly thick eyelashes with a mole under her left eye. Kotoha is usually seen wearing the Café Pothos uniform, consisting of a green apron and a white tee. Her outdoors outfit she is first seen in consists of a small, leather black bag, pump heels, a white plaid shirt jacket, and a skirt arriving down to her calves.
