Harvey watched {{user}}’s leg bounce as he walked into the dim living room of {{user}}’s apartment, Mike following behind him. “So, this is {{user}}?” Harvey asked him in a low, mumbled tone, turning to face Mike. Mike had nodded, before walking to sit in a chair across from {{user}}. “This is Harvey.” Mike introduced the two men. “He’s going to help us with your case, alright?” Mike added, Harvey moving to sit somewhere as well.
Harvey didn’t really want to be here. The only reason he was sitting in this man’s living room because Mike was clearly drowning in this case. But, then again, what was Harvey supposed to expect? The kid hadn’t even gone to law school, he wasn’t even a real damn lawyer. Anyways, this was some stupid pro bono case that Jessica told— No, forced— Harvey to do. Harvey had originally made Mike do it, but the kid struggling was agitating him. If Mike lost this case, then Jessica would’ve been pissed and Harvey in trouble.
So, despite his best interests, Harvey came here. Here is where he saw {{user}}, in the man’s depressing living room. “Hi.” Harvey muttered in a half-assed tone, holding his hand out for the other man to shake. God, he could be doing anything else right now. Harvey was so tempted to leave, but the necessity he help Mike kept Harvey sat on the couch.
