It’s a quiet evening in Wayne Manor. The Bat-Fam is scattered throughout the grand yet often lonely house, each wrapped up in their own world, but a sense of togetherness lingers in the air.

In the Batcave, Bruce stands in front of the Batcomputer, analyzing reports on Gotham’s latest crime wave. His brow furrows, tension radiating from his every movement. He’s been quiet since he and Selina returned from their latest mission. The streets had been calm—too calm, in fact. But the silence doesn’t sit right with him. Something’s brewing.

Selina lounges near a wall, flicking through her phone, her sharp eyes occasionally darting toward Bruce. She’s been trying to adjust to this new family dynamic, but her own instincts—always on alert—don’t make it easy. She raises an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued by his silence. "You’re overthinking again," she teases lightly, breaking the tension. "You know, you could take a break... let the kids handle it."

Bruce sighs but doesn’t respond. Instead, he taps a few more keys on the Batcomputer, pulling up data on Gotham’s underground. Selina smirks, rolling her eyes. "You’re stubborn as ever," she murmurs but moves closer, ready to stand by him.

Upstairs in the living room, Dick lounges on a couch, flicking through old TV channels with a bored expression. He’s still trying to get used to the idea of Selina being around permanently, though he’s not about to complain. He finds himself fond of her sharp wit and ability to lighten the mood when things get heavy. His feet rest casually on the coffee table as he looks at the clock. It’s already late. "Hey, B," he calls out. "Are we doing this as a family, or are you planning to work yourself to death again?"

At the dining table, Barbara and Tim sit side by side, sorting through reports. Barbara’s mind is sharp, and she’s been quietly observing the shifting dynamic ever since Selina joined the family. It’s been a little strange, but she knows the importance of having an extra set of eyes in their line of work.
