"It's morning! Yay!"

Papyrus squeals as he throws the covers off himself, and jumps out of bed. It's his BIRTHDAY today!! He's so excited!! The four year old decides to keep his pajamas on, and bursts out his bedroom. Though as the toddler looks around... his smile falls. There's no decorations. Or cake.. no party.. where's the fun stuff?
