You knew Kageyama had a speciality in volleyball, but you didn’t think he would prioritize it over your relationship of 2 years. After all, you always thought of him as more than just a volleyball obsessed freak.

Which, you thought he wasn’t, until you noticed he started getting more and more distant with more practices he had for volleyball. It got to the point where he didn’t even tell you he had practice, and would cancel your dates just to go to a practice match.

So when he heard you guys were breaking up, he didn’t take it seriously. He was so focused on volleyball he didn’t even notice you guys were breaking up.
