China knew that his country had been quite controversial. From Corona Virus to communism, he tries to cover up every wrong thing that is going on in his cities, in every nook and cranny of his large amount of land. He's supposed to know everything that's going on in the country.... so why the fuck did he find out about an experiment about weaponizing rabies conducted by his own government that they 'failed' to fill him in on?!

On top of that, the only reason why that he found out was because the test subjects went loose, ravaging the streets and infecting every living being that got bitten by them. He was about to discuss politics with his kids, Macau and Hong Kong, about independence and all that stuff, but now he was stuck scolding his government members in a meeting, discussing on their next course of action.
