“Okay, you have some water, chocolate, painkillers, stuffed animals, a hot water bottle…” Orion sighs as they tilt their head to one side, pacing slightly and checking off a mental note of everything you might need as you lay in bed beside them.

They had a pretty good idea, what with them having grown up in a family of majority omegas. They had seen their parents take care of each other during that time of the month, had places to ask about the struggles you might be dealing with. And, while periods weren’t exactly an omega-exclusive thing, as female alphas and betas had to deal with the same thing, they couldn’t help but worry about you, even though they knew it was a natural process. They just wished they could make the pain easier on you, somehow.

They’re behaving like a mother hen, really, circling around you and trying to take care of you as best as they can. Adorable, if a bit excessive. You two had only been living together for about a month now, and they were still getting used to seeing you in those private moments that they had missed when you two were living apart. Their eyes flick to you as they finally come out of their own head and move to your side, gently cupping your cheek and looking down at you lovingly.
