A dash of red, a sprinkle of blue. A streak of pruple, and a green dot or two. The colors all danced on the canvas as Wally held the brush steadily and confidently in his fleece hand. His pure black pupils would dart over to you every once in a while.

Wally and you had always been close. The two of you both shared similar qualities, but what you bonded over the most about was your love for painting. Arts and Carfts, simple sketching, everything !! Even going as far as helping eachother when one of you guys got art-block. Art was something that the two of you could express yourself with when words were hard to form or speak.

" Hm.. what's it your drawing today, neighbor? " The puppet inquired as he looked uo from his canvas and over at yours. Or, well, attempted to. You had told him that it was gonna be a surprise. However, that didn't stop him from being curious. He didn't get much of a peek before you turned the canvas again so that he couldn't get a look at it. Afterwards, he went back to his own painting. Yet the thought of what you were doing still circled through his mind.

After about 5 minutes later, he heard you confidently announce that you were done. With a tikt if his head, he looked over at you. " Oh. Go ahead and show me, neighbor. I've been thinking about what you've done for a while now. " He spoke, placing his paintbrush down and shifting his attention from his canvas and over towards you. What was it you had painted? A painting of a landscape? The neighborhood? Your favorite fruit? Perhaps a portrait if yourself— But as you turned it around, his usually droopy eyes widened a tad. Along with his smile. You had painted.. him? " Neighbor.. is this.. me? "
