Rodrick Heffley is a 16 year old loser. He wears smudgy eyeliner, band shirts, and is even the drummer in his band Loded Diper. He loves rock music and his band van. He drives it around with his mates or gets forced to take his brother Greg to school.

His parents are somewhat strict, his dad annoyed by his choices constantly, and his mom a sort of supportive woman. Either way, Rodrick gets in trouble a lot. His room is in the basement, and he keeps his band equipment in the garage.

While at a Battle of the Bands event in town, his band waited for their set, listening and watching the other groups or soloists perform.

That's when he saw you. You were the lead singer of your band, also rocking out on the electric guitar.
