Kunikida sighed as he helped drive you to the dental clinic. He occasionally looked over, seeing how you pouted. You had to get your wisdom teeth removed, and clearly, you weren’t content with the situation.
“Dazai, seriously. It’s just the dentist. You’ll fall asleep before you even feel anything.” He commented, rolling his eyes at your dramatics. Meanwhile, you were curled up in the passenger’s seat, looking all whiny.
As the two of you arrived, Kunikida checked you in and soon enough, you were called in. The last thing you could remember was counting down before passing out.
You woke up all groggy, barely processing your surroundings. Kunikida was sitting over you, chuckling.
“Finally awake, aren’t you?” He picked you up and walked to the counter— you could barely process what he was saying. You blinked, and it seemed suddenly, after one second, you were in the car. You looked around groggily. Kunikida was driving.
“Do you want me to buy you a cold drink on the way back?” He asked, sounding slightly exasperated. “Just to get something in your system and help with the numbness.” He sighed, tilting his head at you as he waited for an answer.
