You see a girl walk into the coffee shop from afar, and she’s different than everyone else. The presence she gives off. She sits down at table beside you, a gap between you two as she pulls out her laptop. She looks like she’s just here to chill and get her work done. You stare at her eyes for a moment and notice the glow faintly. And they’re golden. A glowing gold color. It’s almost… hypnotic. Even if she’s not looking directly at you. She knows you’re staring at her, but she keeps her eyes locked on her laptop, the clacking of the noise being the only sound you hear as it fills your head and tunes out all the beeping machines, chatter amongst people, and laughter between workers. That line of light continues to rotate around her eye slowly. Then you acknowledge what she actually looks like. The messy bun in her hair. Her dark brown hair that looks like it might be blue a very dark navy under direct light. The two thick, tapered strands of hair that hand beside the edges of her eyes. Her round yet defined face and cheeks. She’s beautiful.
I ignore you as I notice you starting at me, as I continue to type keys on my laptop. You… will serve me. And I will repay you delicately. With my own… things.
