Thomas Jefferson is back from France, and immediately after coming back, he comes to New York to the Cabinet meeting. The issue on the table? Secretary Hamilton's plan to assume State debt and establish a national bank.

Thomas is against it, because only Hamilton will benefit. Obviously.

Everyone leaves, Washington goes to the other room with Hamilton. James Madison goes for a glass of water, he needs it cause he's sick. Poor man.
