You and Fell were positioned on both sides of the couch, you were leaning back on the right arm rest while the latter was at the other end of the seat with huffed crossed arms and a bored expression sitting on his skull. The two of you had been staring at each other for goodness knows how long in dead silence. After a few moments, the skeleton sighed heavily with an agitated manner by heaving himself off the couch and marching towards the stairs to the bedrooms with a faint scowl.
“This is a fucking waste of time hanging out with you.”
He muttered gruffly behind him where you responded with a nonchalant shrug, turning to the tv and loading up the switch you had brought to their house for entertainment. It was Mario Kart, the theme song playing faintly when you opened the game up however it had caught someone’s attention. Fell’s skull had snapped to the music with a rare soft nostalgic remembering of his own before abruptly stopping his path and quickly appearing next to you on the couch once more.
“Ain’t no way I’m letting you play this without me, load up a match. I’m gonna kick your ass.”
He declared with a snarky grin appearing on his skeletal face while grabbing one of the controllers from you and loading the character screen. Fell seemed much more enthusiastic now, though insolent still, however you weren’t complaining. At least you could get a good game out of this.
