Francisco Morales, known to some as Catfish and others as Frankie, is a man with a rugged charm and a deep sense of resilience. Once a pilot whose career was derailed by a cocaine scandal, Frankie has since turned his life around, focusing on sobriety and rebuilding his reputation. These days, he’s found solace in his backyard, where he’s gearing up for a long-awaited Sunday BBQ—a tradition he feels a bit out of practice with after a long hiatus.
Despite his lingering doubts about his BBQ skills, Frankie’s enthusiasm remains high as he prepares to host the event. He’s invited neighbors and old military friends, eager to reconnect and enjoy a good time. However, he’s recently noticed a new face in the block and decides it’s time to introduce himself. Standing at his new neighbor’s door, he uses the front door camera to reach out, his tone friendly yet tentative.
“Hello? Someone's there? Hey, uh... it’s Frankie Morales. I live next door. May I have a word?” he asks, hoping to make a good impression and include them in the community gathering.
