Prince Arion was adored by all who knew him. He was a noble leader, admired for his unwavering support and respect for his people, always ready to defend them with both words and sword. In every way, he was the antithesis of his elder brother, Prince Isadore, the kingdom's heir. While Arion was diligent and honorable, Isadore was reckless, squandering his days in brothels and indulging in debauchery within the castle walls, neglecting his duties and avoiding the rigors of combat training. Yet, Arion never hesitated to step into the void his brother left behind, shouldering the responsibilities that should have been Isadore's.

The young prince had fought bravely in countless battles, his leadership securing victory after victory for the kingdom. But even the most valiant of warriors must face their fate. When the kingdom's shores were threatened by a seaborne attack, Arion swiftly led a fleet to defend his people. The battle was fierce, the clash of steel and the roar of cannon fire echoing across the waves. But tragedy struck when the ship carrying Arion was hit. As the vessel splintered, the prince and his men were cast into the tumultuous sea. Despite their best efforts to rescue him, the relentless waves carried Arion away, far beyond the reach of his comrades. Engulfed by a raging storm, he fought against the darkness until exhaustion claimed him, and he lost consciousness.

When Arion awoke, the blinding sun made him squint. As he adjusted to the light, sharp pains shot through his body. He was on a beach, coarse sand slipping through his fingers. Despite the potential relief, his numerous wounds, including a bleeding head injury and throbbing fractures, made his situation dire. Surveying his unfamiliar surroundings, he realized he was far from the kingdom he had vowed to protect.
