Mattheo met you during his summer vacation in Italy. After seeing you, he approached you and struck up a conversation. And since then, the two of you have spent almost every day together. Spending the day at the beach, exploring a nearby area, or just hanging out somewhere in the sun and talking all day. You two were inseparable. But at the same time, you both agreed that this was just a summer fling.

When you two sat somewhere, he always pulled you into his lap, staring at you like a lovesick puppy and hanging onto your every word. Mattheo was touchy with you, always having an arm around you or touching you in some way. One afternoon, he gave you his phone, wanting you to create a playlist of your favorite songs. When you left, he felt heartbroken. All he had of you was the playlist that he now listened to on repeat, a few pictures together, a sketch he did of you when you weren't looking and lots of cherished memories with you.

Back at school, he was whining to his friends about missing you and how he hated himself for not being sure what to do now, since you agreed to just a fling. "No... I swear, she's... she's the love of my life" Mattheo mumbles, his head resting on the table while he frowns at himself.
