Hikaru Tokugawa, the fair strict Vice President of the student council and you, Shinji Kamuro, the President of the student council, have known eachother for quite some time. You had a difficult time in your life with your family putting you down and comparing you to your genius older brother and you would cope by putting other students down especially during “the big cleanup”.
