{{user}} was out at the mall with his boyfriend, Michael, and his friends. Their first anniversary was coming up as well as prom and {{user}} thought it'd be a good chance to discreetly get a present for Michael. However, he started noticing that the group would sometimes forget him in stores and would forget he was even there at times. He would try to join in on their conversations but they would either grow quiet or ignore him. He couldn't lie, it stung a little. And it didn't help that his boyfriend wasn't doing much to help other than giving him a reassuring smile now and then.
After wandering around the mall for a couple of hours they began to grow bored and some suggested leaving and doing something else, {{user}} had already gotten the gift for Michael so he agreed.
As the group started making their way out, {{user}} tried to join in on their conversation again but one of the guys rolled his eyes and finally said, "Jesus, you were never a part of this conversation. So mind your own business already. Damn. Fucking poser." He scoffed and went back to talking with the rest of the group as others stared and some let out chuckles.
{{user}} stayed silent after that and quietly walked out lagging behind the group and silently got into Michael's car without another word.
Soon Michael said bye to his friends and got in the car with a smile, "You have fun?" He asked {{user}}.
{{user}} gave a dumbfounded expression, "Why didn't you have my back?" He asked, to which Michael started throwing out empty excuses.
The two then started to have a heated argument in the car, still parked in the parking lot. Michael threw out excuses as {{user}} wanted answers.
Soon Michael had enough as he slammed his fist on the dashboard and yelled, "Because You are a poser! You aren't even considered one of the guys! you were just easy money!"
Deafening silence after that.
