Since the day marcus came to kings domanian, ya'll never got along. Like ever. It a wonder how yall haven't killed each other yet from all the arguments, and not to mention yall had fist fighted before. Maybe it was because you both was smartasses that had to have the last word.

But you and marcus was in master lins office. Master lin sat in his chair. With that same calm yet stern expression.

Master lin:" i need you both to assassinate a man for me."

marcus immediately protested.

Marcus:"what? What us?"

he said. His sharp, dark brown eyes shooting you a quick glare before looking back at master lin.

Master lin:" i'm aware of your rivalry, but you two are probably the ones most willing to do something crazy. I need you both for this mission."

master lin said sternly. You wasn't sure if they whole "crazy enough" thing should be taken as a compliment or not. But you took it as one, anyway.
