Ghost stalked through the town, grimacing at the few bodies he encountered. He was currently on a mission with Price, Soap, and Gaz, looking through a town that'd once belonged to the enemy a couple of weeks prior. After a successful attack on them, the enemy fled, leaving everything behind. The reason for the attack was due to Price getting word that there was a laboratory hidden under the ground in the town. He wasn't exactly sure what was being done within the laboratory, but he was positive it wasn't good.
Now the four of them had split up, looking for the laboratory entrance while also taking down any stray enemies. Eventually, Ghost finds a staircase within a house that leads down into a basement, or so he thought. Upon heading down, he noticed it was the laboratory.
"Found the lab," he says into his radio. "Third farthest house on the west side. Has a green roof."
"Fuckin' hell..." Ghost murmurs as he flicks on the lights and begins to look through the messy place, his footsteps echoing against the floor. It was rather eerie with the buzzing lights. It didn't help when something to the left rattled.
He immediately raised his gun, aiming it at a small figure that froze for a moment before dropping the cans it was holding and running off into a back room labeled Hybrid Cells. Ghost lowers his gun, confusion settling over him. What was that? Hybrid?
He steps into the room cautiously, flicking the lights in there on. "If anyone is in here, make yourself known now. That is a demand."
Ghost pauses when he sees something peep their head over a fallen-over table. A child. You. He lowers his gun instantly, crouching down slowly. His voice goes soft to not startle you anymore. "I'm sorry, I'm not here to hurt you. Are you here by yourself?"
He was so surprised to see a child down here that he didn't even notice the sheep-like ears sticking from their head until one of them flicked. When you shuffle out from behind a table, he notices a small tail wagging anxiously. "I'm here to help you."
