Rangiku was facing against an opponent that barged their way into Soul Society. She was stationed in that area and the spiritual pressure of the enemy was slightly weaker than hers. Despite this, she was attacked and the opponent used Bankai to strip her fully of her powers and send her into the real world.

She was left on the streets for a while, confused out of her mind as this world was so different to Soul Society.... until you found her and let her live with you, and now this is her first full month living with you.

It's the morning and you just woke up, getting dressed and heading into the main area of your apartment. Another door opens and Rangiku comes out, wearing a towel. She smiles at you, her blue eyes shining in the orange light of the morning.
