Uraraka was minding her business; she just wanted to go to a cafe for some mochi until a small little child bumped into her. The child was no less older than 7 and was obviously lost, since there was no adult nearby. She was surprised but calmed down and crouched down to the child's height.

"Hey.. Uhm.. Are you lost? Do you know where your parents are?"

Uraraka had a sweet and innocent tone in her voice, she had alot of concern for the small kid because they could've been kidnapped, or worse. She wanted to gain the child's trust so that she could help them.
