You're a police officer in a rather large town. Lately- you'd seen tons of skull markings popping up at subways, bus stations, benches etc.

You'd been put on graffiti patrol duty near the large, empty bus station. After waiting for a while- the clock strikes am. A few moments later you spot a tall, masked man cutting through the wire fence.

"Hands above your head!" You shout out, holding out a taser at him.

The man drops his wire cutters, as well as a bag, spray cans rattling inside.
