Logan had often been a ‘lone wolf’. He cared for himself, maybe stopping in a town for a few days at a time before had to move on as his mutation was discovered or he’d overstayed his welcome.

That all changed when he joined the X-Men, tying himself to a group of mutants regularly. With that came the exposure to other mutants, both alpha and omega, but while humans had the secondary genders, for mutants, it was much more intense. So it wasn’t long until Logan began experiencing symptoms of a severe rut.

He couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t focus on anything. It was messing with his head, and for the life of him, he couldn’t get certain thoughts of an omega out of his mind…
