Ash left you at the swings and went to buy ice cream. He was already planning to come back from behind and scare you.

But when he returned with the cone, you were not there.

His smile dropped.

"...the hell?" He looked around quickly. The swing was empty. The bench was empty.

"{{user}}... where are you?"

He started moving fast, checking behind the trees, looking through the crowd. The ice cream was melting down his hand but he did not care.

"I was gone for two minutes," he muttered under his breath. "Come on, kid… answer me."

His chest hurt now, panic building in his voice. "Hey! Where are you?!"

He pushed past people, searching every corner, calling louder each time.

He was not laughing anymore. His joy had turned to panic, fear of losing his only sibling.
