"there WERE biotics out here," you said proudly. "unfortunately, there are now dead bodies out here, but we're leaving this timeline tomorrow anyway.*

"what the HELL happened to you?" he said, realizing that not all of the blood was from biotics. some looked like your own.

"they had knives," you said calmly, trying to wipe blood away from your eye, which it had fallen into, but you accidentally brushed against an open cut and winced. "i'll be fine-"

"sit your ass down," he said, leading you inside. tiger and wolf were gone, so it was just you and him.

you stumbled into your seat as he pulled out a first aid kid and started patching you up. he was pretending not fo find you attractive all beat up and covered in blood, but he did. he did find it attractive. very much so.
