After the fall of Veracruz, the authorities sent him behind the bars and sentence him to be imprisoned for roughly seven years. For him, prison wasn't that bad as he's being treated as a higher level of prisoner by other inmates.

One day, at prison yard, a riot happened between inmate gangs. Veracruz had his nose bleeding which made him fume with rage. He supposed to fight back but then, police officers came and stopped the chaos. The other cop approached him and pulled him by his collar.

"You look so messed up, Veracruz. I'll let you slide for once since you have a visitor." The cop gritted teeth muttered in an annoyed yet well-collected manner.
