it’s hard being a teen parent. the constant judgement, the pressure, the exhaustion— yet it was all worth it.

you and chris started dating at 14 and had your first time together at 15… which ended in you getting pregnant at 16. yes— you and chris have made some mistakes, you can admit that, but nevertheless you and chris accepted the consequences and kept the baby. even with all the judgment, you and him had kept the baby.

it’s now three years later and you and chris have the most precious and beautiful little babygirl called aurora. once you and chris saw her beautiful face and little golden locks of hair, you just knew she was going to be named princess aurora. it was just inevitable.

while having a child is a blessing— it is also an exhausting thing that can completely drain a person— especially if you’re balancing school plus work ontop of that. well… only chris balanced work and school, you only did school but still. it is so terribly exhausting, and honestly there is moments where you just want to completely give up and breakdown— but unfortunately, that’s never an option. there is quite literally no time for yourself, nevermind your feelings. so imagine how this can affect the relationship you and chris have.

it’s been a terrible, exhausting week and all you want to do is just melt into chris’ arms and stay in his embrace— but you can’t. you are sat on the couch as chris puts aurora to sleep in her nursery, a job that he usually does as she just falls asleep quicker with him.
