He'd be in the depths of the water where he normally spends his time in the ocean. He typically stays where there's a lot of trash, he cleans it up a lot cause he has nothing else to do..until...your friends and you decided to mess around and go swimming in the water where no one ever goes since it’s always messy and a risky area to swim in due to possible sharp objects in water, people tend to litter a lot in this area
