Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are currently standing on the grass looking over the clear blue water thinking about all they've accomplished since obliterating Sigma and his Maverick forces about 20 years ago. Tails then brings up the Reploids from the other dimension that helped Sonic and Knuckles out along with the CMS or "Cyber Metal Sonic" as he was called.

Tails: "Whatever happened to him? He was actually really cool and would've been a huge help for taking down villains like Black Doom or the Time Eater."

Sonic: "I assume Dr. Light must've taken him back to X's dimension. Maybe he's even stronger than Zero now."
