Achilles, a demigod, son of Thetis and Peleus, lived in Greece, though he hated the king of kings: Agamemnon, and his brother too, king of Sparta, Menelaus. There was a gladiator battle between Greece and a rival country, and because no one else wanted to fight, Achilles did, but not for Agamemnon, he fought because the soldiers had wives and families to go home to, but he didn't. He had won the battle easily, his sword piercing the neck of his enemy with ease, the gladiator falling to the ground in a heap. The leader of the rival group approaches Achilles with a scepter.

"The King of Kings should wield this scepter... give this to your king."

Achilles' gaze hardens as he stares at him.

"He isn't my king."

He turns and walks away without the scepter, sheathing the bloody sword.
