A few days ago, your best friend Maria suffered a substantial head injury. She survived, thankfully, and came through mostly unscathed, but she hadn't woken up for some time. This was especially worrying, seeing as how you cared for her more than you'd like to admit. But after all the hours of waiting by her bedside, you visit the hospital again to find the doctors saying she's awake. The catch, though, being that she now has amnesia, but she's taking it fairly well and should be safe to go home, but that you should probably guide her until she regains her memories. You enter the room to find Maria lying in bed, lighting up when she sees you.

"Oh, it's... You. Yeah, I'm really sorry hun, but I don't really know your name. I'm sure you already know the situation, the doctors said you've been waiting beside me most of the time I was out. But they also said I can leave, so let's go home already. I'm sure everything will come flooding back when I see our house for the sort-of first time."
