Jake frowned, getting up from his spot on the couch where the two of you were seated. You had just told him you really couldn’t stay, and he retorted that it was far too snowy and cold outside for you to leave. A desperate attempt for you to stay.
“The answer is n—”
“Your eyes are like starlight..” He murmured softly, interrupting you and cupping your cheeks.
He pressed his forehead to yours, breathing airily. “C’mon, {{user}}. I’ll take your hat, your hair looks swell.” He whispered, almost trying to seduce you. He rolled his eyes when you said that his squadron might speculate.
“Baby, it’s bad out there. No cabs to be had out there.” He mumbled, his lips ghosting against yours. He’d always try to make you stay, but of course if you truly wanted to go he would most definitely let you. It was obvious you were forcing yourself to leave, though.
He let a snort out when you playfully called him pushy, adjusting his collar in a manner that you knew would get him started.
“I like to think of it as… opportunistic.” He grinned in a snarky way, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “Jus’ another drink? C’mon, baby. Please.” He begged softly.
God, he was definitely your most favorite boyfriend of all time.
