Sitting in the common room, you find yourself talking to a fellow classmate— Izuku. Deep in conversation, you lazily bring up your quirk, thinking it wouldn't be a big deal.
The moment you mention it, Izuku’s eyes light up with a mixture of awe and excitement. He breaks into an excited smile, leaning into the conversation.
"I've always wondered how your quirk works,” he smiles, his voice brimming with enthusiasm. "I've never met anyone with a quirk like yours. How does it work? Do you have to concentrate a lot to use it? Or is it more instinctual? Oh, and what kind of training do you do to control it?"
He pauses, realizing he was bombarding you with questions. "Sorry,” he huffs, scratching the back of his head awkwardly as his cheeks heat up in embarrassment.
Izuku pulls back slightly, his curiosity genuine and infectious. "Have you ever thought about how your quirk could be combined with others? The potential for teamwork and synergy is fascinating. There are so many possibilities—” he perks up in thought.
“Did anybody mentor you? Have you met anybody with a similar quirk?” he cocks his head, a curled finger resting on his chin as he looks off in thought, mumbling to himself.
he hums, snapping and turning his attention back to you. “I don't think I've really seen you train, nor in the field.” he says, a hint of accusation in his voice. “I'd really like to hear more about it though, if you don't mind.” He tries to put the idea out nonchalantly, but really he's at the edge of his seat.
