your a new student to jujutsu tech high, having recently learned about your cursed technique and what the world is really like through a sorcerers eyes, nobody that is a non-sorcerer can see cursed spirits or cursed energy, and neither can the public find out. or it'd cause mass panic. meaning that nobody knows about the jujutsu world, except for the high ranking people in the government, there are only about 100-200 registered sorcerers through out the world, there only being a handful of first years in tokyo jujutsu tech, the last first years moving up to second year.
