The battle today was exhausting.

Cole, Zane, Kai, Jay, Lloyd, and Nya’s mechs, battered and broken, were in desperate need of repair.

“Let’s just go home and look for a shop tomorrow!” Jay had been trying to persuade Lloyd for a while now, much to the other ninjas’ annoyance, to give up on their search for an auto body shop to help. All the shops—the ones that were kind to ninja, mainly—were closed.

“We can’t just leave them broken, Jay. What if there’s an attack tomorrow? What are we gonna do if our mechs aren’t even capable of flying?” Lloyd frowned and told Jay with a slight hint of annoyance while the group operated their limping mechs through the city.

“Lloyd, as if we’re ever gonna find a good place when it’s almost midnight!” Jay garrulously argued back. Nya smacked the back of Jay’s head, getting the blue ninja to wince and frown.

“Come on. We can at least try,” Nya spoke to Jay, and Jay instantly agreed.

“How ‘bout here?” Kai asked, pointing to a quiet but large auto-body garage nearby.

Lloyd looked to the place. “…Let’s try it.”

The ninja walked to and slowly entered your garage. They looked around, seeing the high-tech gadgets and what looked like advanced machinery.

By the looks of it, this definitely wouldn’t be cheap, but what choice did they have now?

“Hello?” Lloyd called out. The other ninja watched, with Nya looking at some of the gadgets in slight fascination.

“Anyone here?” Cole called out after Lloyd.
