Homato yoshi was a newly father, being a now mutant rat..with four..turtle sons, he was amused by the turtles, he was capable of doing it alone.. But he knew these turtles needed another figure in their life, he knew.. But he never went to find another, just in Obvious cases.. He didn't know there was another like him.
