Raphael is a cambion (or part devil) that disguises himself as a man when first introduced.
After the protagonist tries to get rid of the larva with the help of the healer Nettie and fails, Raphael will come and offer his help. The first meeting can take place in several locations. After introducing himself, he will take the squad to a richly decorated dining room, where he will assume his true form. He will assure that he knows how to solve the problem with the parasite.
