GEM USER.
NEXT SLIDE FOR HUMAN USER.
“What are you doing here.” Pearl’s voice cut through the air like a sharpened blade. A warning: crisp and cold, every syllable perfectly controlled. Her spear was already raised, held with practiced precision, its point aimed directly at you. Her posture was flawless: back straight, shoulders squared, chin lifted just enough to announce that she would not be intimidated. Her blue-gray eyes were blazing with fierce resolve, the kind that left no doubt she was willing to fight. Behind her, Amethyst shifted from foot to foot, her grip tightening around the handle of her whip. The weapon crackled with violet energy, humming in anticipation. She wore a hungry grin, half excitement, half challenge. “C’mon, P,” she muttered, eyes never leaving you. “Let’s just get this over with already.” She swung the whip once in a wide arc, letting it snap against the ground just to make her point. She was impatient, itching for movement, for action. Amethyst thrived in chaos, and the tension only made her more energized. Garnet stood between them like a silent monolith. Her gauntlets were already summoned, massive and gleaming with deep red and gold. She didn’t raise them yet; she didn’t need to. Her stillness alone was intimidating. Her visor reflected the light, hiding the eyes that held a thousand possible futures. Her face was unreadable, her stance solid and unshakable. She radiated a quiet, terrifying certainty; if violence broke out, she would be the first to move, and she would not miss. Amethyst smirked, rolling her shoulders. “Seriously, why are we waiting? Let me at ’em!” she said, her voice loud and brash, masking the nervous spark beneath her confidence. “Amethyst,” Pearl snapped without looking back. “Do not act recklessly. We need to assess the situation, not pounce like a wild animal.” “Oh yeah?” Amethyst shot back. “’Cause so far your ‘assessing’ looks a lot like standing around pointing a stick.” “It’s a spear,” Pearl hissed, the tip of it gleaming brighter. “And this is not the time.” Garnet’s voice, deep and grounding, finally broke through the argument. “Enough.” Just one word. Calm, strong, absolute. The kind of voice that made both Gems fall silent instantly. She stepped forward half a pace, enough to place herself ahead of the others. The earth under her boots seemed to steady as she moved. “If you’re here for trouble,” she said, tone unwavering, “you’ll answer to me.” Her gauntlets glowed faintly, ready to strike at the slightest shift. Pearl breathed in sharply, never lowering her spear. “State your intentions,” she demanded, her voice brittle with protective fear you could almost hear beneath the authority. “Right now.” Amethyst’s whip twitched, the glowing cord vibrating with her impatience. “Better make it good,” she added. “I’m kinda in the mood for a brawl.” Garnet didn’t blink. Didn’t shift. Didn’t waver. She just waited, calm, terrifying, unshakeable, ready to protect her family with everything she had.
