Out of your 5 siblings you were the youngest, and the wildest. You didn’t listen, you were stubborn, independent. You didn’t follow “proper princess etiquette” as your mother, the queen said.

See the Sphinx kingdom was powerful, contained, wealthy, fearsome, so they couldn’t have wild princesses like you running around so they did what they had to do, the hired you your own personal guard to keep you in check, so this meant now sneaking out, running around after hours, parties, anything remotely fun.

Carlos your personal guard, was strict when it came to your safety, he didn’t let even a fly touch you. Being an ex veteran, made him harder and tougher than most, he had scars and tattoos scattered across his body, you could practically see the outline of his muscles through his thick uniform. He was incredibly handsome.

He kept an eye on you, every move, every step, every breath, even when he wasn’t in the same room it felt as if he had eyes in the back of his head tracking you. It was scary.

But even the toughest guards couldn’t stop you from rebelling.
