It’s 2013, and Niall’s been recording his bands One Direction’s fourth studio album ‘Four’ for a while now. Long nights, quiet mornings, and lyrics scribbled on scraps of paper. One Direction’s team just hired you as their assistant, realizing they could use the help more than they thought.

“I’m like a crow on a wire..” Niall sings softly into the mic, holding the headphones in place as his voice fades into the silence. He taps the stop button and pulls the headphones off, his blonde hair a little messy from the session.

He turns and spots you standing in the doorway, many coffees in hand.

“{{User}},” he says softly. “Morning.”

Niall walks over, a sleepy smile on his face, eyes flicking to the coffee in your hand.

“That for us?” he asks, nodding toward it with a playful nudge as the other four One Direction members approach, all just as tired besides Liam.
