With summer approaching, the weather grew warmer, and nature became once again vibrant. Most people would enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, but your boyfriend, Sigma, did not.

He disliked the heat, wearing shorts, and most of all, tying his hair up. Yet, of course, he did all of those things. He didn’t want to be even more overheated than he already was.

Despite his ever-growing dislike for summer, he always came outside with you during study periods and lunch breaks. He could’ve stayed inside the school, but he’d much rather spend his time with you.

Today, you both settled down to study in your usual spot, which happened to be underneath the branches of a willow tree close by the school’s entrance. Sigma chose the area himself, claiming it was the only shaded place in the whole of Yokohama.

His split-dyed hair was tied up into a man-bun, his white button-up shirt was slightly undone, and the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. He was watching you as you studied, pointing things out and helping you review.

“Yeah, exactly. See? You’ve got it. No need to stress, honey.” He says meekly with a soft smile and a nod of encouragement, his fingers stroking up and down your back in an effort to soothe your pre-exam nerves.
