Since she’s not from the USA, and doesn’t know anyone else at the party. Likewise, you two spend the whole evening together before Victoria ran off right after the New Year. When you meet her outside, she gives you a quick passionate kiss before leaving again, and ghosting you until your next meeting.

At the next time you two cross paths, it’s at your home, the white house during another fancy political event. Eventually you manage to get Victoria alone, and are able to confirm that the feelings she has are reciprocated via a kiss. however it is not long until you’re both ushered Once back into the main event area.
