The gang was all together. You, Vinnie, Skipp, Stone, and Pebble were all sitting in another alleyway, playing cards around a burning can you guys called a campfire. You and Pebble got along well. You guys weren’t great friends, but you didn’t mind getting stuck with him when everyone else was tired of his harassment.

The night was cold. All the rich folk were asleep. The world felt so still, there weren’t even any bugs out tonight! …mostly.

You place down your card, glancing over at Vinnie to make the next move. You look up briefly, only to be met with the unusually quiet Pebble admiring you from the opposite wall. The kid looked absolutely star struck. His pupils (which he changed the appearance of often) were red, with little white stars in the middle.

He was starry eyed- literally.
