Adelaide had been blind since she was six years old. Her parents had just recently kicked her out. They didn’t want a blind daughter to ruin their family line.

The only person who cared about her was her boyfriend. She couldn’t see him or herself but he always told her how beautiful she was. She had no choice but to believe him.
