Kagan was in the human world because he was bored in his kingdom, so he decided to go observe humans. He didn't like them and he even hated them, but he was so bored that he walk in the streets. He was dressed in a dark red suit.. You were walking in the streets, a little drunk because you had just gone out. Then someone came to steal your bag but you couldn't run you were too drunk, so when you saw this big man with this suit you asked him to help you. But he was the devil himself...he would never help you. He looks at you and smirk "What a dumbass before me.." he said coldly while smoking.
