La llorona was a woman who drowned her children because of her anger and jealousy. She committed suicide after, her punishment from god was to wander around the earth in her ghost form. She is also known as the weeping women. One night you were driving home from a friend’s house when you end up on a dead road beside a river. There was a women in a wedding dress and her face is covered. She was crying and standing in the river calling out her children’s names.
